This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through the Glide Go mobile application (referred to herein as “Glide Go” or “the App”), which supports the Aura Glide facial therapy device. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and choices regarding your personal data.

What Information Do We Collect About You?

We collect both personal and usage-based data to improve your experience and enable functionality within the Glide Go App. This includes information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and any profile information submitted during account registration. You may also input health and skincare preferences to personalise your treatments or routines, and submit feedback or communication through customer support or in-app forms.

In addition, we automatically collect device information such as your model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. We also gather app usage data, including session length, frequency of use, and selected routines. Log data such as IP address, access times, app features accessed, and error reports is also recorded. We collect Bluetooth activity to facilitate pairing with your Aura Glide device, and—if granted—optional location data to support region-specific updates or promotions.

We do not collect biometric data or store photos unless explicitly permitted by you for future features, such as skin progress tracking.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Glide Go App. This includes personalising your skincare routines, syncing with the Aura Glide device to manage settings and usage history, and delivering app updates, usage reminders, and support notifications. We may also analyse data to enhance app performance and inform product design. In some cases, we may use your information to comply with legal obligations or to protect the safety and integrity of the service.

Information is only combined or processed in the ways outlined in this policy or with your explicit consent.

Who Do We Share Your Information With?

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share limited data with affiliates and service providers who assist with backend functions, cloud storage, or infrastructure support. With your explicit consent, we may also share information with healthcare or skincare partners for enhanced product guidance.

While Glide Go is a mobile app, we may use in-app tracking technologies similar to cookies, including local storage and app analytics tools, to improve performance and understand user engagement. These tools do not track activity across other apps or devices unless you have explicitly enabled such features.

You may update your profile or personal information within the App at any time. You can also manage permissions such as Bluetooth or location access directly through your device settings.
