Warm the stones
Place your stones into the heating case and choose Low (108°F) or High (113°F).
They warm fully in about ten minutes and stay at a steady temperature for your session.
Massage techniques

Rotational rolling: spiral or figure-8 motions to ease deeper tension.
Tapping and pressure: light tapping or stationary pressure for tight points.
